A small school
focused on real work.
European Trade Academy is the vocational training brand of Neophron International SRL, a Romanian limited liability company. The academy was founded to address a single problem: the persistent gap between theoretical vocational education and the practical capability that Romanian and EU employers actually need on day one.
Our mission is to authorize, train and place workers in trades on the official COR shortage list. Our philosophy is workshop-led: sixty to seventy percent of every programme is supervised practical work, in real conditions, with real materials, alongside trainers who have worked the trade themselves.

Twelve welding bays (MMA/MIG/TIG), extraction, plate and pipe practice rigs.

Outdoor masonry, concrete and carpentry yard with covered work bays.

Eighteen-station hot line, pastry section, service-pass mock-up dining area.

Live-water test wall, pipe-bending and copper-soldering practice stations.
