The housekeeper sets the standard — every room, every day.

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and order in guest rooms and common areas of hotels and tourism establishments — the housekeeper is the silent author of every great guest experience.

  • Room turnover. Clean and prepare occupied, vacant and checked-out guest rooms: ventilate, sanitise bathrooms, change linen and towels per hotel standards.
  • Stock & supplies. Manage minibar stock, cosmetic supplies, linen and towels assigned to your work sector; verify and replenish items.
  • Reports & records. Identify and report maintenance defects, track lost-and-found items, and complete housekeeping department documentation.
  • Guest relations. Handle guest complaints professionally and collect laundry and dry-cleaning articles from guests.
Special requirement. A medical fitness certificate from a family doctor is required for enrolment. Professional uniform, punctuality and discretion are mandatory throughout the programme.

Training is built around the six core activities of a working hotel housekeeper. Each module combines classroom instruction with supervised practice in our Bucharest hospitality atelier.
